At Artemis, we believe that an essential part of our role as fund managers is to determine if value is being provided to our clients. We are pleased to present our ‘Assessment of Value’ report for 2025 for the funds we manage.
This Assessment of Value Report evaluates whether the UK domiciled Artemis funds are delivering value to investors. We have completed a comprehensive review of each fund against the seven ‘value criteria’ introduced by the FCA. We group the criteria into three broad categories: performance, costs and charges, and services.

We conduct a two-stage assessment for each of these criteria. The first stage is quantitative, comparing actual data against the thresholds we have set for measuring whether value has been delivered. The second part is qualitative and considers any broader factors which should be taken into account. Each fund then receives a red, amber or green rating for each of the seven criteria. Finally, the individual ratings are aggregated at the category level to produce an overall rating for each fund. The overall ratings we use are as follows:

While we conduct an evaluation for every unit and share class across the performance, comparable market rates, and classes of shares/units pillars, the fund-level analysis in this report is based on each fund’s I-class units or shares.
We believe that our focus on our core cultural principles – putting clients first; collaboration; integrity and accountability – will lead to delivering, and continually improving, value for our clients.
