Notice to shareholders in Artemis Funds (Lux), a Luxembourg domiciled open-ended investment company, 6H, route de Trèves, L-2633 Senningerberg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (the “Company”).

Shareholders should note the closure of the following share class of a sub-fund of the Company:

• Artemis Funds (Lux) – US Extended Alpha: class FI accumulation USD (ISIN LU1896774723)

It has been decided to deregister this share class from the following jurisdictions as of 25 November 2022:

• Austria
• Germany
• Italy (Institutional Investors)
• Luxembourg
• Spain
• Switzerland
• UK
