On 31 July 2019, the Artemis Global Energy Fund transferred to T Bailey Fund Services Ltd.

On the 31 July, the Artemis Global Energy Fund ceased to be managed by Artemis. The fund’s name is now the “TB Guinness Global Energy Fund”, with Guinness Asset Management Ltd operating as the new investment adviser, and T Bailey Fund Services Limited the new authorised fund manager.
