In April 2018, to support the diversification of our product range in a way which best meets investors’ needs, we launched our SICAV, the Luxembourg-registered Artemis Funds (Lux). It includes a range of sub-funds designed to resemble closely sub-funds of our OEIC, Artemis Investment Funds ICVC, while offering multi-currency share classes. So we decided to close all non-GBP share classes in the OEIC, which were:

The share classes closed on 27 September 2019, when all remaining shares were redeemed automatically. Subsequently, some of the remaining share-classes and some of the sub-funds of Artemis Investment Funds ICVC were deregistered from distribution in certain EEA countries.
