On 14 February 2020, the Artemis US Equity Fund was merged with the Artemis US Select Fund. The merger was approved at an extraordinary resolution of shareholders, convened on 6 February 2020.
As described in the circular issued to shareholders on 6 January 2020 (see below), current shares of the Artemis US Equity Fund were exchanged for new shares of the Artemis US Select Fund on 14 February 2020, the effective date.
