Merger of Artemis European Select Fund into Artemis SmartGARP European Equity Fund

On 10 January 2025, Artemis European Select Fund was merged into Artemis SmartGARP European Equity Fund.

On 10 January 2025, Artemis European Select Fund was merged into Artemis SmartGARP European Equity Fund. The merger was approved at an extraordinary general meeting convened on 4 December 2024.  

As described in the notice issued to unitholders on 1 November 2024 (see below), current units of Artemis European Select Fund were exchanged for new units of the Artemis SmartGARP European Equity Fund on 10 January 2025.
