Once you have decided your account type and the fund you wish to invest in, download the relevant application form from our literature library.
Here are some helpful tips on how to fill out the application form:
Send your application form to us in the post to Artemis Fund Managers Limited, Sunderland, SR43 4BH and include a cheque payment.
We will place your investment at the next available valuation point, when a contract note will be sent to you in the post the next business day providing confirmation of your deal reference.
