To update your name, you can:

• Notify us by email: email [email protected]. Please include a signed instruction confirming the new name to be changed and the proof of name change. The latter could be a copy of a marriage certificate, civil partnership certificate, deed poll, deed of name change, gender recognition certificate or decree absolute.
• Send us a written instruction: alternatively, send a signed and dated written instruction which should include a copy of a marriage certificate, civil partnership certificate, deed poll, deed of name change, gender recognition certificate or decree absolute. Please post your instruction to Artemis Fund Managers Limited, Sunderland, SR43 4BH. (The original copies will be returned within 3-5 working days).
