Change to name, investment policy and negative screens of Artemis Funds (Lux) – Global Select
On 6 August 2024 we changed the name, investment policy and negative screens of Artemis Funds (Lux) – Global Select Fund.

The Board of Directors of the Fund decided to repurpose the Sub-Fund to focus on investing in a concentrated, high conviction portfolio of 25 to 35 companies and change the name of the Sub-Fund to better describe the Sub-Fund’s more focussed strategy, as follows:

In addition, the Sub-Fund’s details in Appendix III of the prospectus of the Fund (the "Prospectus") was updated to reflect amendments to the Sub-Fund’s investment process, specifically the negative screening restrictions. The Sub-Fund’s pre-contractual disclosure for financial products have been updated accordingly.
These changes took effect on 6 August 2024.
