Last updated 17 October 2025

The investment policy of Artemis Monthly Distribution Fund (the “Fund”) has been amended to clarify that exposure to the core asset classes, bonds and company shares, may be gained either directly or indirectly. Indirect exposure refers to gaining an economic exposure to the asset via investment in other funds.

The Fund is already able to gain exposures both directly or indirectly. Following a review, it was decided to make this clear in the investment policy by amending the description of ‘What the fund invests in’.

No other changes to the Fund’s investment policy have been made. This change does not represent a change to the manner in which the Fund is managed, the portfolio holdings or risk level.

The updated investment policy, which has been reflected in the Fund’s prospectus, can be found here (PDF opens in new window).

When did the changes take place?

The changes became effective on 17 October 2025.

How will investors be impacted by this change?

Investors do not need to take any action. There will be no change to the way in which the Fund is managed.

Artemis Investment Management LLP, the Fund’s Investment Adviser, will bear the cost of the expenses incurred in making these updates.
