Artemis offers a range of funds that invest in bonds. Focusing on different areas of the bond market, each fund allows its managers to select bonds that aim to provide a regular and steady income for investors over the long term.

Artemis Short-Duration Strategic Bond

Investing in bonds close to maturity

Investing in short-duration bonds drawn from across the fixed-income universe. The managers invest dynamically across government, investment-grade and high-yield corporate bonds with five years (and sometimes much less) to maturity, shifting the balance between them as economic and market conditions evolve. Financial theory suggests this focus on short-duration bonds means the fund is less affected by changes in interest rates, reducing volatility at times of economic uncertainty.
